LaCalle Group was founded by audiologist Aimee LaCalle and her entrepreneur husband, Bill.
As Aimee was pursuing her doctorate in audiology, she recognized a need for quality, convenient training to stay up to speed on the latest advances in the field.
In 1999, the LaCalles pioneered an unprecedented online learning platform for working professionals. This platform would become AudiologyOnline, a first-of-its-kind website offering online continuing education in the hearing healthcare profession.
In 2004, the company expanded to include the speech-language pathology profession with SpeechPathology.com.
AudiologyOnline and SpeechPathology.com became the springboard for Continued, which today offers educational content on the latest topics in numerous fields, including:
