Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, has named Continued’s Human Resources Director Asher Primrose a "For All Leader."
Recipients were announced at the organization’s annual Leadership Awards Gala on March 3.
For All Leader award recipients are recognized for long-term dedication and commitment to the development of every employee, connecting diverse people to a common purpose, practicing humility and empathy, adapting to uncertainty, and fostering trusting relationships across the organization.
“Asher is the epitome of what this award embodies, and I can think of no one more deserving of this honor,” said Tony Perlak, CEO of LaCalle Group—the parent company of Continued and Simucase. “Her dedication and leadership permeate the company and make us more successful as a business and as individuals, and her steadfast commitment to our company culture truly makes this a ‘great place to work’ at every level.”
Primrose joined the company in 2013 and is responsible for all hiring, onboarding, performance management, benefits, manager training, succession planning, wellness initiatives, the company intranet, and more.
Amidst rapid growth, Primrose has been a steadfast advocate for ensuring the company continues to improve on employee engagement, connectedness, and company culture. Her efforts are reflected in the company’s high engagement rates and less than 3% annual voluntary turnover rate.
During her tenure, she has incorporated best in class programs for recruiting talent, onboarding new team members, performance management, employee engagement, and corporate wellness. As a Certified Birkman Method consultant, she has fully integrated the Birkman personality assessment tool into the company and utilizes it in hiring and to provide a deeper understanding of one another, which helps to foster better teams as well as more productive conversations and daily interactions.
In recognizing the honorees, Great Place to Work CEO Michael C. Bush said “The financial performance of these organizations and the industry-leading commitment to corporate responsibility provide strong evidence that when you create a great place to work for all, it is better for business, better for people, and better for the world.”
For All Leader award recipients were selected from companies that appear on Fortune’s annual lists of the 100 Best Companies to Work For, the 100 Best Workplaces for Women, the 100 Best Workplaces for Diversity, and the 150 Best Small and Medium Companies to Work For.
Continued was named a Best Small Workplace by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE in 2018 and 2019, ranking sixth out of 50 featured companies on the list of small businesses in 2019.
