Andrew Arriaga

Andrew Arriaga

Andrew S. Arriaga, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral fellow and psychologist candidate. He earned his master’s and doctoral degrees in counseling psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Arriaga completed his doctoral internship within Kaiser Permanente Colorado's Gender Health Department and is currently completing his post-doctoral fellowship with Denver DBT and Psychotherapy. As a clinician, Dr. Arriaga is motivated by a desire to provide culturally-congruent care to often underserved communities, with a notable focus on LGBTQ+ health and wellness. Through research and advocacy, Dr. Arriaga also seeks to better understand barriers to equitable healthcare within historically marginalized communities and to work collaboratively with professionals across disciplines to improve health outcomes for such populations. Dr. Arriaga currently lives in Denver, Colorado with his husband and two dogs.

Sarka Brown

Sarka Brown

Dr. Sarka Turecka Brown is a licensed clinical psychologist who obtained her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Denver after completing her APA-accredited internship at the Mental Health Center of Denver, where she provided individual therapy and neuropsychological assessment services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). She then completed her two-year postdoctoral residency in neuropsychology and is currently practicing as a clinical neuropsychologist providing comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to adults with various presenting concerns.

Dr. Brown was raised in Prague, Czech Republic, and moved to the United States in 2004. Since then, she moved around the East Coast from Albany, NY to Philadelphia, PA, before settling down in beautiful Denver, CO in 2015. She loves animals, having adopted two rescue dogs and a cat. In her free time, she loves to go out and enjoy the Colorado mountains, whether skiing, hiking, camping, off-road driving, and spending time with her family and friends.

Hailey Hatrick

Hailey Hatrick

Hailey Hatrick is a licensed mental health therapist in both Iowa and Colorado. She earned bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and psychology from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and her Masters in Forensic Psychology at the University of Denver. Hailey spent most of her career working as a clinical psychologist in maximum security prisons, identifying, diagnosing, and treating chronic and persistent mental illnesses. She worked on a crisis intervention team assisting local communities and responding to mental health crises and utilized her training in serving those who faced lengthy incarceration.

Currently, Ms. Hatrick has shifted career paths into federal law enforcement, where she acts as a United States probation officer serving the Northern District of Iowa Federal Courts. In this capacity, she hopes to begin a new pilot program that allows the federal branch to conduct its own in-house mental health assessments – aiding those individuals being released from federal custody access to services.

Hailey loves spending time with her two-year-old daughter in her free time, teaching weight lifting classes, and furthering her education through training opportunities and networking.

Ryan Kirk

Ryan Kirk

Dr. Ryan Kirk is a Licensed Psychologist and Director of Psychological Services for Meridian Health Services, working remotely from Denver, Colorado. 

He has conducted trainings around continuous process improvement models targeting rapid improvement projects and whole-organization culture shifts. He has a background in specialized clinical interventions such as psychological and neuropsychological assessment, pediatric and family medicine, and a biofeedback certification for pain management. In his current role, Dr. Kirk oversees quality assurance for documentation and evidence-based clinical practices and drives integrated care initiatives to better serve vulnerable populations. His efforts center on developing real-time behavioral health consultation programs within primary care and addressing physical health needs during behavioral health visits.

Dr. Kirk holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adler University and a Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. An avid cyclist, snowboarder and guitarist, he brings a well-rounded perspective to his mental health leadership roles.

 

Giselle Levin

Giselle Levin

Giselle Levin, PsyD (they/she/he) is a licensed psychologist in the state of California specializing in transgender healthcare and sex therapy. Dr. Levin completed their doctorate at Pace University in New York, NY, and trained as a postdoctoral resident in LGBT mental health at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. They currently work as a transgender health psychologist at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco, CA. Giselle’s clinical and research interests include transgender healthcare, sex therapy, multiple minority stress, and adapting evidence-based interventions for marginalized populations.

Sophie Nathenson

Sophie Nathenson

Sophie Nathenson is a Medical Sociologist, professor, and consultant based in Portland, Oregon. She is the founder and Director of the Bachelor's of Science in Population Health Management program and faculty in the Masters of Science in Allied Health program at Oregon Tech. She is also the owner of Widespread Wellness Consulting, providing career mentorship and education for individuals and groups working on promoting social, physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. 

Alison D. Peak

Alison D. Peak

Alison D. Peak received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan with an emphasis in Interpersonal Practice with Children and Youth and Infant Mental Health. Alison is the Co-chair of the AIMHiTN Endorsement Committee and a member of AIMHiTN's Leadership Cohort. Alison also has two post-graduate degrees, Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care and Pediatric Integrated Health Services. Alison is passionate about working with children with histories of early trauma, families with adopted children, and youth in DCS custody. Alison seeks to meet these children and families where they most often present for assistance, their physician's office, and to assist in collaborating with primary care providers to optimize services for children and families.

Molly Pike

Molly Pike

Molly Pike (she/her) is a licensed professional counselor and obtained her Master’s from University of Denver in the International Disaster Psychology Program.  She is a dedicated mental health professional with a versatile skill set and past experience in direct clinical trauma work, community mental health, prevention/wellness, and disaster response.

Currently located in Denver, Colorado, Molly is a therapist in private practice with a clinical focus on attachment and trauma recovery. Additionally, she is an approved EMDR Consultant, supporting other EMDR clinicians in their EMDR certification process and works as an EMDR Training Faculty Member with Kase & CO.

Tracy Treloar

Tracy Treloar

Tracy Treloar is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor.  She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in counseling psychology from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California.  Tracy began her career as an ABA practitioner with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and completed an externship as a counselor at a K-8 school in California.  After graduating from her master’s program, she moved to Colorado. She began counseling adults in the Jefferson County and Denver County drug courts, performing individual and group therapy as well as substance abuse and mental health evaluations.  After five years focusing on the substance abuse field, Tracy moved to Code4Counseling, working as a trauma therapist specializing in first responders and their families, which is where she continues to work today.  Tracy is a certified EMDR practitioner and consultant in training through EMDRIA. She is passionate about trauma therapy, expanding her knowledge, and sharing it with others. 

Tracy and her family recently rescued a pup that they are training to be a therapy dog that works alongside Tracy with first responders.  In her free time, she loves reading, skiing, yoga, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
