Tricia Chase is a Clinical Therapist at Bayless Integrated Healthcare, a community-based agency in Arizona. She is currently one of eight therapists in the IOP-SA program, the Lighthouse Project, working with high-risk teenagers. She collaborates with several other therapists to run teen groups and give family support in the South Phoenix area. For the past two years, she has also been the Mental Health Consultant for Child Crisis Arizona working with 0-5 aged children and their families. She works with preschool teachers, parents, and family support specialists (FSS) with behavioral concerns in the classroom and at home, abuse counseling and guidance, and professional development for families and family support specialists to learn techniques to use at home and in the field. She has 8 years of experience in the field of counseling ranging from children to adult therapy. Prior to her career in counseling, she was a Chemist for the State of Arizona as a Radiochemist.

Dr. Norman Lorenz is a tenured professor of education studies, teaches Human Development, and is the college coordinator for Professional Development with the Center for Learning and Teaching at Sacramento City College in Sacramento, CA. He has over 42 years of education and experience within school systems, including 26 years direct service in Montessori primary and elementary education, the direction of a post-secondary Montessori teacher education institution, and combined part and full-time faculty dedication of 21 years with the California community college system using Montessori in higher education.
