Implicit bias training is an important first step in understanding the complexities of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in healthcare. This course covers the current research on implicit biases and interventions for individuals and organizations to address and dismantle implicit bias.
This course was created to meet the requirement for Implicit Bias Training for individuals licensed by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Bureau of Professional Licensing, though information in it is relevant to all states.
