She has worked at Madonna as a Respiratory Therapist for 14 years in numerous roles across the post-acute continuum. Joe is a liaison for interdisciplinary team collaboration and develops safe transport services for complex medical patients. In addition, he leads the Medics At Home Paramedic Residency Program, providing opportunities for paramedics to gain experience in various career paths, including ER, Fire/Rescue, and transport.
