Signs of excessive technology use include irritability, insomnia, difficulty concentrating, headaches, and eye strain. Moreover, the constant influx of stimuli from notifications and multitasking can contribute to feelings of isolation, depression, and a compromised attention span. It's crucial to establish boundaries with technology and prioritize self-care by taking regular breaks, maintaining proper posture, and limiting screen time.
