- Identify challenging behaviors and predict when, where, and with whom the challenging behavior will occur.
- Define functional behavioral assessments and determine how to use functional behavioral assessments (FBA's) to distinguish challenging behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and prevent reinforcement of challenging behaviors.
- Define behavioral intervention plans (BIP's) and identify the purpose of BIP's as it relates to distinguishing challenging behaviors.
- Create effective behavioral intervention plans (BIP's) and analyze the effectiveness of the BIP with progress monitoring.
- Identify evidence-based interventions with fidelity and determine which interventions have the most substantial impact on positive behaviors.
- Apply evidence-based behavioral interventions that increase structure and promote clear behavioral expectations and routines with success.
