Early childhood coaches will explore three “core conditions” and practice applying them to coaching conversations, in partnership with Region 9 Head Start Association's Training West.
If you've already participated in Kati's "Thriving Teachers, Thriving Centers" course, you can expect some overlap in material. During that course, the theory and strategies behind person-centered coaching framework were directly applied to challenges relating to overall teacher retention and satisfaction; this series applies that same framework for the purpose of effective coaching.
